Top Ten Action Items From Star Power Conference

As we’ve mentioned in a previous post, Todd Buckley and Karen Jolley attended the Star Power Conference and were able to come away with over 100 action items to help our team grow and to help better service our clients’ needs. Here are our Top Ten ideas (in no particular order) from the event:

1. Launch another website designed to drive more traffic to our current sites – http://www.number1experts.com/
2. Revamp our main site, http://www.buckleyjolley.com/ based upon examples of successfully sites we had seen and are researching
3. Feature SOLD properties on our sites to show buyers that homes are selling and to create urgency
4. Use You Tube as a vehicle to sell our homes, our community, and our team
5. Extraordinary tips for maximizing traffic to our blog, http://www.livingstonliving.com/
6. Create a new form for negotiations on contracts
7. Purchase web tracking system – Visistat
8. Use our Community Truck to deliver brochures and other items
9. Reorganize our office for better efficiency and better Feng Shui
10. Team verbalizes our 2007 goal weekly at every team meeting “We will help 150 families this year”

Of the ten items listed above, we have already completed four. We are actively working two others and plan to have the rest taken care of by the end of 2007. That only leaves about 100 left!

As you can see we need to continue to get better at what we do. One quote we enjoy is:

We like to think that we are the SMARTEST and the best at adapting to this changing Livingston County real estate market.
