D-19 in Howell is Getting a Name Change

The City of Howell Council Members have decided to move forward with changing the name of D-19/Pinckney Road to South Michigan Avenue.

Howell Mayor Gerri Moen indicated that the change was needed due to the high level of confusion among visitors and new drivers.

It is estimated the process to make the name change complete will take at least a couple of years.
