The 24th annual Fantasy of Lights Parade, hosted by the Howell Area Chamber of Commerce, is scheduled for Friday, November 23 at 7pm. Activities include the parade, the Fantasy 5K Run, cookie decorating, live entertainment, visits with Santa, live reindeer, ice sculptures, gingerbread house displays and "Christmas Alley" featuring arts and crafts and seasonal refreshments.
