Brighton's Relay for Life

Relay for Life of Brighton will be held this Friday and Saturday, May 16th & 17th. The event begins at 7pm at the Brighton High School.

The Relay for Life is a 24-hour event in which teams try to have at least one member walking around the track at all times during the 24 hours. There is an opening ceremony and a lap for cancer survivors, and a luminaria lighting after dark as part of a ceremony of hope. There will also be a silent auction, food and activities. Money raised benefits the American Cancer Society.
