Livingston County Real Estate Statistics for April '08

Recently released data from Realcomp II (A southeast Michigan Multiple Listing Service) shows the market is seeing signs of stabilization. The number of sales in the county were down 4% from April of ’07, but the number of pending sales were up 20% and the number of homes and condos on the market is down 13% from the previous year.
