Realtor on the Run (Again)
Pictured from left to right, Todd Buckley, Natalie Buckley (Todd’s wife), and Rob Dowding (Todd’s brother-in-law)Training over the last 4+ months was grueling but enjoyable. Kensington MetroPark and Downtown Brighton were home for almost 300 hours of training for me. One year ago, I had only run maybe 3 miles in one outing. I would have never guessed a year ago that running would be enjoyable now, but it is.
What does this have to do with selling real estate? Absolutely nothing! But, my commitment to helping my clients with their real estate needs is similar to my love for running. We are in a race to get our seller’s clients home sold and I’ve trained hard to get them sold!
Gotta Run,
Todd Buckley

Buckley Jolley VIP Party at Comerica Park was a Hit!
On Saturday May 10, 2008, Buckley Jolley team members and 135 of our guests gathered for an enjoyable event. Typically, we have a couple parties for our friends and clients throughout the year. This gathering was at Comerica Park to see the Detroit Tigers take on the New York Yankees. Before the game we met on a party deck and enjoyed a ballpark buffet. During the game we sat in a group and enjoyed the game and a 68 degree sunny day. Unfortunately, the Tigers could not pull out a win, but we all had a blast!
Pictures from the event can be seen by clicking here.

Market Update For Our Sellers
Karen & Todd send our sellers an update on market conditions every two weeks. Here is an excerpt of that e-mail.
We’ve been busy. That’s good news for you and me. The phone and email inquiries have been strong, the showings are up, and we just received three offers today.
Would you believe there is a price point in Livingston County where sellers are receiving multiple offers and for full price? It’s true. Sellers with homes $100,000-$150,000 are experiencing a Seller’s Market. There are more buyers than properties right now in that sub-market of our larger market. So, what does this mean to you? My hope is that we will begin to feel a domino effect throughout the entire market. A buyer purchases a $140,000 home and that seller buys a $225,000 home and that seller buys a $400,000 home…I am cautiously optimistic about the increased activity. When the time supply of inventory of homes starts dipping, I will feel better about pricing leveling off. That has not happened yet.
