I just wanted to share an interesting graph with you. It displays home sales in Livingston County over the past two years. The sales are broken down by Foreclosures, Short Sales and Traditional Sales.


The graph provides an interesting look at both the makeup of sale in the county as well as the seasonality of home sales in our area.
